Advantage Sentinel provides AI-powered call analysis tools designed to help organizations review call recordings, identify compliance risks, analyze agent performance, and generate insights related to sales calls and customer interactions.
The Service may analyze call recordings, transcripts, metadata, and other information provided by customers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Customer Data
Customers may upload or provide call recordings, transcripts, and related data ("Customer Data") to the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to share Customer Data with Advantage Sentinel
- The collection and use of the recordings complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Any required disclosures or consents have been obtained from individuals participating in recorded calls
Advantage Sentinel processes Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Customers retain ownership of all Customer Data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To process data you are not legally permitted to share
- To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Data Security
Advantage Sentinel implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Confidentiality
Advantage Sentinel will treat Customer Data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:
- To provide the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
- With the customer’s authorization
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
The Advantage Sentinel platform, including its software, algorithms, and analysis tools, is the property of Advantage Sentinel and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for their internal business purposes.
9. AI-Generated Analysis Disclaimer
The Service may generate insights, recommendations, or compliance assessments using automated analysis and artificial intelligence.
These outputs are intended to assist customers but should not be considered legal advice, compliance certification, or regulatory guidance. Customers remain responsible for ensuring their operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advantage Sentinel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service during the preceding twelve months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a user violates these Terms or uses the Service in a way that could harm the platform or other users.
Customers may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
